What impressed me most was his attention to detail and work ethic. The repair required considerably more work than initially expected, including repositioning the outside unit to properly access and repair the system. Chris never rushed the job or cut corners.

He worked steadily in some miserable East Texas heat until everything was repaired correctly, the system was properly serviced, and he was satisfied that it was operating as it should.

As someone with a mechanical background, I especially appreciated the fact that Chris took the time to explain what he was doing and kept me informed every step of the way. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right.
